Administrative and criminal practice

Providing legal assistance to the principal in administrative and criminal cases, we provide:

• consulting and representing client’s interests during administrative proceedings and criminal matters, including pre-trial
• proceedings;
• collection, analysis and evaluation of evidence in terms of admissibility;
• organization, coordination and conduct of internal corporate investigations in relation to alleged offences;
• preparation of procedural documents concerning administrative and criminal cases (petitions, protective speeches, etc.);
• familiarization with the case file, preparation of comments to the records of court sessions;
• preparation and submission of appeals, cassation and Supervisory complaints against judicial acts;
• participation in sessions of courts of the first, appellate, cassation and Supervisory instances.
